2002年世界首台FTIFR联用拉曼光谱一，在Pittcon展会获得Editor最佳新品奖。
2002-2003收购德国Philips椭偏仪公司和IBH（英格兰）公司
2006年 美国宇航局（NASA）喷射推进实验室颁发“运行碳观测器（OCO）衍射光栅杰出贡献奖”
