俄罗斯OptoSystems公司（OptoSystems Ltd, www.optosystems.ru）位于莫斯科，隶属于俄罗斯科学院基础物理研究所物理仪器中心（Physics Instrumentation Center，A.M.Prokhorov’s General Physics Institute）。雇员超过40人。俄罗斯OptoSystems公司最重要的产品是准分子激光器。同时OptoSystems公司还开发出准分子激光器视力屈光矫正系统（LASIK），该系统已经获得中国政府颁发的销售许可证，并有数台已经在中国安装。俄罗斯OptoSystems公司的产品线还包括脉冲CO2激光器，YAG激光器等。

准分子激光器是传统的气体激光器，由于波长短（紫外），短脉冲宽度，高脉冲能量，是激光器家族不可替代的品种！应用上，准分子激光器在脉冲沉积镀膜（PLD），光纤光栅刻写，LASIK，光刻，微纳加工等方面占主导的地位。


Optosystems Ltd. is the leading manufacturer of lasers for medicine, science and technology in Russia. The product line includes excimer lasers, CO2 and N2 lasers, DPSS lasers, medical laser systems, lidars, high voltage power supplies and magnetometers.

The company is the only Russian manufacturer of ophthalmologic excimer laser system for refractive surgery. Company’s latest development in the field of medical equipment is an excimer laser system for therapy of skin diseases (psoriasis).

The company is the major supplier of excimer lasers and high voltage power supplies to R&D institutes and companies - integrators of technological laser systems for various purposes.

The company also develops and manufactures systems for laser deposition, microdrilling and micromachining and exclusive for the Russian market systems for plasma-chemical deposition of micro- and nano-crystalline diamond coatings and films.
