In November 2011, CIF Lab Solutions was purchased in a joint venture by Case Systems Inc., a premium plastic laminate casework manufacturer, and Northeast Interior Systems Inc., a full-service dealer organization.

The joint venture has resulted in CiF Lab Solutions becoming a total brand solution.
