安徽安科生物工程（集团）股份有限公司是经安徽省人民政府批准成立的民营股份制企业，是国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业，国家“863”计划成果产业化基地,设有省级技术中心和博士后科研工作站。是我国规模最大、效益最好、技术储备最雄厚的生物制药高科技企业之一。

集团公司核心企业安科生物一直专注于细胞工程产品、基因工程产品等生物技术药品的研发和核心技术能力的构建。先后承担了国家“863”计划、国家科技攻关、国家重点火炬计划及省级科技攻关项目10余项，自主研发国家级新药近10个。先后荣获国家科技进步三等奖1次、安徽省科技进步一等奖3次、安徽省科技进步二等奖1次、省政府突出贡献奖2次、安徽省重大科技成就奖1次。

近年来安科生物在基因克隆技术制药常用的工具酶，基因克隆技术制药常用质粒载体和噬菌体载体，基因工程药物目的基因制取，目的基因与克隆载体的体外重组，重组克隆载体引入受体细胞，目的重组克隆的筛选、鉴定与分析，目的基因在宿主细胞中的表达都形成了自己的比较优势。主导产品重组人干扰素α2b“安达芬”系列制剂、重组人生长激素“安苏萌”、抗精子抗体检测（MAR法）试剂盒“安思宝”均由安科自主研发，畅销全国并出口十多个国家和地区。其中“安达芬”是我国第一个国产化干扰素α2b产品，国家“863”计划成果“安思宝”是国际上第一个商品化的MAR法抗精子抗体检测试剂。目前有国家科技攻关项目“PEG栝楼根天花粉蛋白”、一类新药“重组人白蛋白融合干扰素”、“PEG－重组人生长激素”等多个项目正在研发当中。

成员企业安徽安科余良卿药业有限公司是安科生物重组“百年中华老字号”中药企业“余良卿”而成立的。生产橡胶膏剂、合剂、颗粒剂、硬胶囊剂、酊剂、软膏剂、膏药剂等七种剂型三十多个中药品种。
成员企业安徽安科恒益药业有限公司是专业从事药品制剂生产的企业，主要剂型有片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒、糖浆剂、膏滋剂、散剂、口服溶液剂等7个剂型。主要品种有：头孢克洛分散片、贝诺酯分散片、阿奇霉素散剂、阿莫西林颗粒、头孢胶囊、颗粒、头孢拉定胶囊、氨咖黄敏胶囊等 57个品种。

目前，安科生物正在积极筹备建设“安徽生物技术及新医药创新创业孵化中心”，这个中心从资金筹措到管理将完全采用“市场化”模式筹建和运作。建成后的孵化中心将为我省生物技术及新医药研究提供崭新的公共技术平台，并通过中心的孵化作用培养出一批具有较强自主创新能力的生物技术和新医药研究和产业化企业。

We, Anhui Anke Biotechnology (Group) Co., Ltd., professional and leading in developing, manufacturing and marketing pharmaceuticals and health-care products, have developed quickly and made remarkable success in the field of bio- technology. 

Our parent company is located in China Hefei New and High Technology Development Area. As based on high-efficient Research & Development Center, we, AnkeBio always keep up with international development and have been undertaken with 10 subjects such as "National 863 Projects", National scientific and technological project, National key Torch Program and Scientific and Technological Projects, key scientific and technological specialties of Anhui province and Natural Fund Project and etc. and have developed nearly 10 National Novel Drugs in recent years.

Our dominant products, Recombinant Human Growth Hormone (Ansomone®), Series of Recombinant Human Interferon alpha 2b (Anterferon®), MAR Kit for Anti-sperm Antibody and etc., are all developed independently. These products have more and more significant therapeutically effect on clinical testing and application of many kinds of intractable disease such as chronic hepatitis B, tumor, leukemia, nutritional support burned wound and immunopurification sterility and etc.

Our subsidiary companies like Anhui Anke Yuliangqing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Anhui Anke Hengyi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Anhui Anke Xinxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd have been established from recombination of Anqing Yuliangqing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.,Tongling NO.1 Pharmaceutical Company dominated by Anke biotechnology Co.,Ltd. since year 2000.The products are extended from biomedical products into modern Chinese herb medicines and synthetic medicines.

The sales networks of our products have covered more than 30 provinces in China. More than 40 Regional Offices of AnkeBio have built up in the whole China and the international Co-operation has developed quickly.
