?For the Global Account Manager

The Global Account Manager's role is to increase AG Scientific's market share within target markets in multiple territories (U.S. and international). The Global Account Manager establishes and builds strong relationships with target decision makers. Their specific focus may be adjusted from time to time based on the strategic plan. The Global Account Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate and dedicated maintenance of Salesforce.com CRM account details when they have activity with an account.

This position is perfect for someone hoping to break into the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. With a lucrative commission structure, there is a lot of potential for high income. This opportunity is a great way to attain global and strategic pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience. If the Global Account Manager hits their goals, there is possibility for growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

With direction from Marketing Director and CEO:

- Execute Social Selling strategy using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Fully prospect leads to send targeted, personalized InMails each month
- Help create persuasive and easy-to-understand sales collateral
- Perform in-person visits to prospects around the San Diego area
- Maximize AG's presence in their focused accounts by ensuring that all possible AG products are applied
- Revitalize stagnant accounts and properly nurture loyal customers

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelors of Science Degree or Business Degree (communications, marketing, international business) required
- Client centered mentality and passion for customer service
- Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (well-spoken, professional, friendly and courteous)
- Charismatic and a social people-person, enjoys having a schedule full of meetings
- Innovative, able to think of creative ideas to engage with prospects and customers
- Proactive, actively finds opportunities to contribute towards strategic goals

Bonus If You Have:

- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint or Keynote
