上海友声衡器有限公司是一家源自上海交大的科技型企业，创业十几年来，已发展为拥有12家子公司、年销售过三亿元的中型企业集团，实现了传感器型材冶炼及加工、核心元件应变片、电路板板材加工及焊接、外壳注塑、印刷包装等的自主配套，形成了世界上性价比最高、最完整的电子衡器产业链。公司是中国衡器协会的副理事长单位，凭借良好的业绩和发展前景，已两度入选《福布斯》“中国潜力100强”排行榜。

公司拥有占地64亩、厂房面积48000多平方的生产基地和占地8亩、面积5000多平方的运营研发总部，拥有高速贴片机、立式加工中心、回流焊机、波峰焊机、全电脑注塑机、全自动压线机、电脑雕铣机、全自动真空热处理炉等近千台套生产测试设备和七条总装流水线，其数量之多、品种之齐全，在国内外衡器企业中已属领先。公司员工总数为1000多人，已通过ISO9001:2000质量管理体系认证，主要产品已获得OIML、CE、CCC、NTEP、UL、RoHS等权威认证。

公司主要技术人员来自上海交通大学，所有产品的核心技术均拥有自主知识产权，在高性价比称重传感器、增量调制型AD转换电路、超低功耗电子秤等技术方面拥有丰富的开发经验，有多项研发成果转让于国内外衡器厂商，并成为180多家国外厂商的ODM、OEM合作伙伴。2007年公司被认定为“外商投资先进技术企业”，公司技术中心被认定为“上海市认定企业技术中心”，2008年公司被认定为“上海市科技小巨人培育企业”。

公司已申请发明专利5项、实用新型专利20项，外观设计专利41项，软件著作权49项、软件产品登记22项，2007年被评定为“上海市专利工作试点企业”，2008年被评定为“上海市知识产权示范企业”。公司还有多项产品被认定为“上海市重点新产品”、“上海市高新技术成果转化A类项目”、“上海市产业技术创新项目”等。

公司主要产品包括：电子（计价/计数/计重）案秤、条码打印秤、收银秤、电子台秤、电子天平、电子吊秤、追溯秤、便携式邮包秤、厨房秤、称重显示器及配件、称重传感器等。根据中国衡器协会2007年的统计，电子计价秤、电子台秤、电子天平和电子吊秤产品的国内市场占有率分别为45.6%、18.9％、39.8%和49.1%。凭借优异的产品性价比和优质服务，公司已拥有480多家国内经销商，并畅销世界五大洲69个国家（地区）。2006年被评为“上海市品牌企业”，“ACS系列电子计价秤”和“BS系列电子天平”入选为“上海市品牌产品”，2007年“友声”商标被认定为“上海市著名商标”。

近几年来，在上海、天津、杭州、成都等地政府大力推进的“标准化市场”建设工作中，友声公司作为衡器行业的骨干企业，始终积极参与，集十几年电子衡器研发和生产经验之大成，采用最新一代电路技术和最高等级的工艺要求，推出了价优物美的“标准化市场专用电子计价秤”产品，赢得了各地政府主管部门和众多标准化市场的认可，取得了上海市场60％以上、部分外地市场接近100％的占有率，为这一民心工程作出了自己的贡献。

上海市闵行区已经将我公司列为“推荐上市科技型企业”，并已特批了总计20亩土地指标，供我公司建设一个现代化运营总部（15000平方）和达到国际先进水平的电子衡器研发中心及高端衡器生产基地（8000平方），公司将力争在2～3年内作为“衡器第一股”在国内资本市场上市，为公司的全球化发展战略奠定基础。

Our company now is the vice chairman of China Weighing Instrument Association(CWIA). Based on outstanding achievement and plummy develop foreground, our company has been named [Shanghai Famous Company] in 2006 and listed in the name of [Forbes potential 100 in China] for two years, our ACS-A series price computing scale and BS series balance are named with [Shanghai Famous Product]. In 2008, YOUSHENG brand is named with [Shanghai Famous Brand]. The market share of our main products keep ahead in the domestic and overseas market, in 2007, the total production value has broken through 300 million RMB.

The main technical men in our company are from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. We own the independence knowledge right for all products. We have abundant R&D experience for∑-Δ A/D conversion, capacitive sensor, super low power consumption scale, high quality load cell and processing circuit. Some of our technology has been transferred to other famous weighing apparatus company in china, and we have done ODM for about 180 factory or company.

Area of workshop in our factory is over 48000m2, the ability of manufacture annually is 2,000,000 scales and 2,000,000 load cells. Our factory owns more than 1000 sets manufacture and testing equipments, including automatic SMT equipment, automatic high speed crimping machine, wave crest jointing machine, plastic injection molding machine, PC controlled carve-milling machine, digital control machine, 100m final assemble pipelining, automatic plastic-blast pipelining, etc. Main workshops all have independent temperature testing room to ensure product quality. We have over 1000 employees with strong technique power and having gone through strict special training. We have got ISO9001:2000 quality management system certificate and our main products have got OIML, RoHS, CE, CCC, NTEP,UL certificate.
