美***Wilks公司是世界的红外设备供应商，在红外光谱领域有很强的技术积累。Wilks公司的InfraCal系列水中含油分析仪，包括HATR-T2，CVH和CH三个型号，都已经被认为是测量TOG/TPH，即总油脂含量、总石油烃含量的标准仪器，被***内外众多石油化工行业的实验室采用。
InfraCal CVH水中含油分析仪采用EPA方法413.2和418.1项或ASTM标准测试法D7066-04项，对应的提取溶剂分别为氟利昂，四氯乙烯，S-316，AK-225或其他红外线透射溶剂进行萃取，这些提取溶剂的特点是都重于水，提取后溶剂沉于水底，再采用相关方法提取出来。由于在分析过程中没有蒸发环节，因此CVH具有更高的测量精度。分析仪配备有***个内置的凹槽，整个分析需要不到10分钟，仪器精度可达到为2 ppm。

InfraCal CVH水中含油分析仪的原理
Infracal型TOG/TPH红外分析仪是基于快速测定水和土壤样品中总油脂（TOG）和总石油烃（TPH）浓度的红外光谱方法，其工作原理符合朗伯-比尔定律。即用***束强度为I0的特征红外光照射样品，由于油脂对特征红外光产生吸收，透射光强度会减弱为I，样品对特征红外光的吸光度则为A=lg I0/I。根据光吸收的朗伯-比尔定律，吸光度与样品中油脂浓度（C）的关系为A=abC，其中a为吸光系数，b为样品池厚度，即样品的吸光度与油脂浓度成正比。通常厂***出厂时已经用***组溶度已知的待测样品建立了标定体系，用户可以得知吸光度与油脂浓度的关系式，根据该关系式和被测样品的吸光度，可以求出被测样品中的油脂浓度。
